By downloading, installing, or using any KopiApp application (including KopiMove, KopiDriver, and KopiFood) or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

KopiApp operates a technology platform that includes:

• **KopiMove** — A ride-hailing application connecting passengers with independent driver partners.

• **KopiDriver** — A companion application for driver partners to manage trips, earnings, and schedules.

• **KopiFood** — A food delivery application connecting users with local restaurants and delivery partners.

KopiApp acts as a technology intermediary and is not a transportation company, food provider, or employer of driver or delivery partners.

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information.

• Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, drivers, or restaurant partners.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

• Use our platform to transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code.

• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without express written permission.

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform.

KopiApp reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards.

All charges are final unless otherwise stated. By using our paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the app at the time of service.

• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

**Refund Policy:** Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact support within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

**Cancellation Fees:** Late cancellations may incur a fee as described within the respective application.

All content within KopiApp's services — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, logos, and text — is the exclusive property of KopiApp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information provided through our services.

• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

KopiApp does not warrant or guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of any drivers, vehicles, restaurants, or food provided through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KopiApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to KopiApp in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms.

• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the interests of KopiApp.

• Is required by law or regulation.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account feature within the app or by contacting us at support@kopiapp.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
